February Supper Club
Exploring Italy's Adriatic Side guest Mike Scott - Noble Wines If you know Mike, then you know he has a flair for the unusual and delivers the obscure with humor! His portfolio of wine is rich with incredible Italian selections. So for tonight's culinary adventure, he's selected wines from the lesser "advertised" side of Italy! Wines from Friuli, Marche, Emilia-Romagna, Marches, and Puglia! Menu & Wine
Pinot Grigio with charcuterie, artisan cheese and Glorious bread. Soave with Lemon Stringozzi and clams. Lambrusco with Crostini Puttanesca. Liveli Susumaniello with roasted leg of Lamb. Rosso Conero intermezzo. Dessert with In-house roasted Mutu Coffee.

Bone Broth Making Class

Come learn the how to of bone broth making and about the amazing health benefits, too! Matt Jeffery is a registered nurse and a favorite customer of Petunia's so we asked him to share his love and knowledge of bone broth making with you! We will learn about Instant Pot technique and traditional slow cooker methods.
$20 per seat, plus tax.
